We use Stripe to process payments. No sensitive card data will be kept by us. Jammed booking software takes and handles the booking details provided by you.

• Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund.

• Bookings can be rescheduled without any charge up to 48 hours before the original session time.

• Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.

The hirer is responsible for their own insurance coverage against theft, loss, or damage to personal equipment while in the studio. Veega Studio Limited is not liable for any claims from the hirer or any individuals associated with the shoot. The hirer must have insurance coverage for personal injury to crew and cast, as well as liability for any third parties involved.
